Biography
Loretta J Zerilli LPC, NCC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. In addition, I have earned the designation National Certified Counselor from the National Board For Certified Counselors. For my clients, I bring over 20 years of related behavioral health experience. Prior to establishing my counseling practice, I was employed in various settings such as hospitals, non-profit social services, universities, and private practice. As a foundation to my professional experience, I received a Master of Arts in counseling/career counseling from Chapman University (Academic Learning Center at DMAFB Tucson, Arizona) in 1999, a Master of Arts majoring in educational psychology from the University of Arizona (Tucson, AZ) in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Wisconsin (Madison, WI) in 1993. My treatment approach, which places the therapeutic relationship at the heart of healing, is also holistic, strengths-based, and informed by evidenced-based treatment modalities.
